Golden Men’s Group is a nonprofit men’s support group based in Golden, British Columbia, created by men for men. We offer a safe, welcoming space where men can show up as they are, connect with others, and build meaningful support networks.

Through weekly gatherings, open conversations, and shared experiences, our Golden BC men’s group fosters belonging, resilience, and mutual support. Whether you're navigating life’s challenges, struggling with isolation, or simply looking for deeper connection, you’ll find camaraderie, understanding, and community here.

Our Mission

Golden Men’s Group provides a space for men in Golden, BC, to form a long-term supportive network. We encourage connecting with the intent of reducing isolation, facilitating open conversation, and active listening. We foster an environment that supports sharing openly about our lives, beliefs, struggles, successes, and fears in a space steeped in trust and respect. We extend a community of belonging, peer support, and camaraderie. We are men serving men, collaboratively contributing, discussing, and advocating mental, emotional, and social well-being.
